Franklin Works Support Model presentation

The Franklin Works Project Team presented an overview of the progress to date to departments in May/June.

The presentation for departments included:

  • High-level review of project to date
  • Overview of proposed Franklin Business Services Office (FBSO) structure
  • Demonstration that relationships with departments are key and will continue to be prioritized when interacting with business staff in the new structure
  • Examples of anticipated Department/FBSO interactions and workflows
  • Outlined anticipated business-related duties that would be relieved from departments.
