Monday motivation: psychology podcast

Alan Flurry

A new podcast series created by 17 senior psychology majors in the Psych 5100 class under the supervision of associate professor Michelle vanDellen and her Motivation and Behavior Laboratory, GoalDiggerz investigates the psychology of goals and self-regulation.

Follow us on this journey as we blast expectations, sift through ideas, and uncover nuggets of knowledge.

In their first episode, Astronauts to Accountants:

We'll explain how we go from wanting to be astronauts as kids to accountants as adults. If you want to know how we create our goals, change them based on what we see, and alter them to fit our realities, then tune in to our first episode! Our team will uncover goal-d nuggets of knowledge concerning goals and motivation on the first official episode of the GoalDiggerz Official Podcast.

We've always wondered about that. Congratulations to these students and Dr. vanDellen for putting a great idea to work. Monday!
