The Franklin College greatly values diversity and inclusion and understands that staff play a critical role in promoting those values. The college therefore would like to recognize excellence in creating and sustaining an inclusive climate for diversity through the Diversity Excellence Award. This award recognizes outstanding efforts in promoting diversity and inclusion in the college. The award comes with a certificate, a $1,000.00 monetary award, and recognition at a Franklin awards ceremony. The college encourages you to consider nominating a colleague today. The staff award will be presented during the late spring semester of each year.

Staff award nominations are due April 29, 2022 by 5PM
Nomination Information:
Nomination packages should include:
- Name
- Department
- Job Title
- One-two page narrative of how candidate supports diversity and inclusion

3 letters of support (letters can be submitted from faculty, staff, and/or students)
