  • Completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was a resident leader on the Quality and Safety team.
  • Finished his pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2018 while simultaneously earning a Masters of Science in Clinical Investigation, performing original clinical research on mechanical ventilation and adult respiratory distress syndrome.

 Community Involvement

  • Leadership in the local hospitals and advocacy around COVID-19 preparedness and response.
  • Proud parent and supporter of Barrow Elementary school in Athens, Georgia.
  • Mentored and served as a shadowing opportunity for UGA students interested in pursing careers in medicine.
