It's never too early to start planning your Study Abroad experience, whether for this year or next. What opportunities are out there? Well, let's visit the Study Abroad Fair Jan. 14 from noon-5 p.m. in the Tate Student Center and find out:
Students interested in studying abroad in the summer of 2015 will have the chance to explore multiple program options and learn about scholarship opportunities. More than 30 UGA faculty-led study abroad programs will represent a variety of academic fields and locations.
Organized by the Office of International Education, the fair is an opportunity for students to meet with study abroad advisers, university fellowships advisers, representatives from the Office of Student Financial Aid, faculty who lead summer and spring break programs, and UGA Exchange programs.
"This event is a fantastic opportunity for students to make last minute decisions to join a program abroad," said Yana Cornish, director of education abroad in UGA's Office of International Education. "I am thankful to UGA faculty and staff for taking part in the fair and spreading the word about outstanding international opportunities UGA has to offer."
The Franklin College alone has dozens of Study Abroad programs in operation through the academic year. Find the one that is right for you. On y va. Andiamo. Auf und geht.
