Travion Lawrence is an experienced IT support professional based in Athens, Georgia. He currently serves as an IT Professional Associate for Franklin College, where he manages workstation imaging, software deployment, device documentation, and Active Directory support. He supports the units of Plant Biology, CTEGD, Cellular Biology (Coverdell Building), Biology (SLC), Chemistry (SLC), and Physics (SLC). Travion has held several technical support roles, and has earned a 90% call resolution rate.
He began his career supporting classroom technology and student devices in educational settings, including Grady College and the Clarke County School District. Travion holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Georgia Southern University and an associate degree from the College of Coastal Georgia.
Outside of work, Travion is a massive fan of cooking and Tabletop RPGs—especially Dungeons & Dragons.
