Johnie Tucker

Johnie joined Franklin College in 2014 as a Major Gifts Officer after serving in the development offices at UGA’s College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and Terry College of Business. He was promoted to Assistant Director of Development and Alumni Relations in 2015 and was just recently named Director of Development. His role is to meet with alumni and friends of Franklin College around the country to build a portfolio of individuals, corporations, and foundations with an interest in making significant philanthropic investments in the Franklin College. Johnie is a “Double Dawg,” having received his Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Communication and Agribusiness in 1999, and a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management and Leadership in 2011.
