If you do not keep your scheduled advising appointment, you have “no-showed,” and you are not allowed to re-schedule an appointment. Instead, you can only be advised during your advisor’s no-show walk-in times on a first come, first-served basis. You can check your advisor’s no-show walk-in times at: appoint.franklin.uga.edu

Remember: When you miss your advising appointment, you risk having to sign up for classes later than your designated registration time, and you are denying fellow students the opportunity to be advised promptly.

Tips on Making Your Advising Appointment for Next Semester:

• Take special care to schedule an appointment that you will remember and have
  no difficulty keeping.
• Plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Remember buses may run slowly, and parking is rarely available.
• Never make an appointment during a class or immediately before or after a class!
