Serving in the role of Information Technology Professional Specialist, Aaron provides technical support and problem resolution for faculty and staff through the OIT Help Desk at Franklin College.  He manages system cloning, hardware maintenance, user training request, wireless communication devices, and software distribution for OIT.  He is a Certified Help Desk Professional, a Certifed Media Specialist by GPSC, and holds a Low Voltage-Unrestricted (LV-U) license for data cabling.

Aaron was awarded an Associate’s degree in Applied Technology from DeKalb Technical College and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Mercer University.  He graduated with a Master of Education degree in Instructional Technology from UGA in December of 2006.
