Photography Services for Web sites

Franklin OIT provides limited photography services to official Units of Franklin College for use on Franklin College web sites. Units include Departments, Programs, Centers or Institutes.

Requesting Use and Support: 

New Clients

Our photography services are available only to Departments, Centers, Institutes and Programs. If you are working with us to create your College Branded Department, Center, Institute or Program Web site, you will receive one photography session to capture faculty headshots and/or environmental photos for your Website. We will work with you to schedule the session, and you will need to instruct all faculty that want to have a new headshot taken to attend the session. No make up sessions are included, so you should encourage all faculty, staff and graduate assistants or student workers to attend the single session.

Existing Clients

If you have a College Branded Department, Center, Institute or Program Website, you can request a photography session through the Franklin OIT Helpdesk. We are only able to take headshot photographs or environmental (building, offices, campus) photos to be used on your site. We offer one free photography session per unit. If you have already used the single session included with your web site, you may schedule additional sessions  at the rates listed below. No make up sessions are included, so you should encourage all faculty, staff and graduate assistants or student workers to attend the single session.

Existing Clients: $35/hour. We can usually photograph up to 45 people in one hour.
