Business Affairs Manager

As a manager in the Budget, Accountability, Reporting and Compliance (BARC) team, this position will work closely with the Sr. Director to provide budget allocation, fiscal oversight and monitoring and reporting of the Franklin College operating funds. This position will have primary responsibility for the Social and Physical Sciences divisions in Franklin College as well as the Music, Dance and Theatre & Film departments. Serves as the financial advisor for Business Managers and Department Heads.  Under the direction of the Sr. Director, this position will administer budgets for assigned units and will be responsible for resolving complex financial and personnel issues.  Provides oversight of decentralized business offices to ensure college-wide fiscal compliance and application of Franklin College, UGA and USG policies. Serves as the OneSource Project Coordinator.
